Lauraine Jacobs
Lauraine Jacobs, MNZM, is an internationally respected food and wine writer, and author/editor of nine cookbooks, including the bestselling Confident Cook. Trained at the London Cordon Bleu School, she was food editor for Cuisine magazine for many years, and has been writing a food column for the New Zealand Listener since 2011. A passionate cook and lover of simply presented fresh food, she has won many food and recipe-writing awards including two Gold Ladles at the World Food Media Awards. Lauraine lives in Auckland.
