Geoff Spearpoint’s lauded book, that we published last year, The Great Unknown: Mountain Journeys in the Southern Alps is the inaugural winner of the New Zealand Mountain Book of the Year Award, part of the NZ Mountain Film & Book Festival, held annually in Wanaka. We are thrilled for Geoff, for his book has made a significant contribution to New Zealand’s outdoor literature.
